At AIVAClub.com, we strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and reliably as possible. Most orders are processed and packed within 1–4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes between 2–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select.

Please be aware that shipments to Hawaii and Puerto Rico may require up to 25 business days for delivery.

We process and ship orders during standard business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). In rare cases, shipments may be delayed due to inclement weather or inventory restocking.
